The Huntley Athletic Boosters is a volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting all 25+ varsity and junior varsity athletic programs at Huntley High School. Founded in 1995, we've grown from a small booster club to one of the most successful athletic support organizations in the Fox Valley Conference.
Governed by an elected Executive Board and supported by active standing committees.
Leads all booster activities, presides over meetings, serves as primary liaison with school administration.
Assists the President, oversees committee operations, coordinates volunteer activities.
Manages all financial operations, maintains accurate records, prepares monthly financial reports.
Records meeting minutes, manages official correspondence, maintains organizational records.
Manages website, social media, newsletters, and all promotional materials.
Recruitment, retention, and member engagement
Planning and executing events and campaigns
Business partnerships and corporate development
Managing operations at home games
Designing and selling Red Raiders merchandise
Recruiting and organizing volunteers
Monthly on the second Tuesday at 7:00 PM
